ELEKTRA
Elektra Records was founded in New York, and eventually became part of the Kinney Group, then Elektra-Asylum/Nonesuch Records (as part of Warner) and then WEA (Warner-Elektra-Atlantic).

EPIC
The main subsidiary label of Columbia Records in the US; introduced in the very early 1960s, it encompassed country music but grew to be one of the world's foremost rock labels. Much more info to come...

ERA
Founded in 1955 by Herb Newman, and sold to K-Tel in the mid 70s - hence the appearance of new issues of old masters.
